Purpose

The purpose of the Society is to deepen the relationship between Switzerland and Japan. Namely its aims are the following:

a) provide members with a window of cultural, intellectual, social and economic life in Japan

b) offer Japanese citizens living in Switzerland a platform to meet Swiss citizens

c) exchange with the Tokyo-based  “ Japanese Swiss Society“ (Shadan Hojin Nichizui Kyokai)

d) foster understanding between Japanese and Swiss

The Society is neither politically engaged, nor does it exercise any political influence.
